Washington Co Board of Equalization The Board met in regular session at 3:00 pm on Tue, Dec 27, 2022, in the Supervisor’s meeting room at the Courthouse in Blair. Present: Chairman Steve Dethlefs, Co Board Members Lisa Kramer, Bob Frahm, Jay Anderson, and Steve Kruger. Absent: Jordan Rishel and Kevin Barnhill. Also present, Co Clk Barb Sullivan, Assr Steve Mencke, and Co Atty Scott Vander Schaaf. Board unanimously approved the agenda for 12/27 and the minutes of the 12/13/22 meeting. Board voted unanimously to approve Valuation Corrections 1240 & 1241 as presented by the Assr. Chairman Dethlefs and the board thanked Assr Mencke for his service to Washington Co and wished him a happy retirement. Meeting adjourned at 3:04 p.m. Steve Dethlefs, Chairman.
