Village of Herman Minutes of Special-Called Meeting April 18, 2024 The special-called meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on April 18, 2024, at the Herman Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wofford at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Dean and Peters were present. Hawkins was excused. Motion by Christiansen, seconded by Dean to approve a Special Designated License for May 4, 2024 for an event at ANBE Event Center, 20051 Co Rd 25, Herman, NE. Roll call, all ayes. Motion carried.
