Village of Herman Minutes of Special-Called Meeting November 30, 2022 The special-called meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on November 30, 2022, at the Herman Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called was called to order by Chairman Kuhl at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Hansen and Peters were present. Wofford was excused. This meeting was an informational meeting on the following issues. No motions were made. Water/Sewer issues were with Mike Adair, People Service. Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to adjourn.
