Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting June 13, 2023 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on June 13, 2023, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wofford at 7:00p.m. Trustees Hansen, Hawkins & Peters were present. Christiansen was excused. Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to approve minutes of May 9, 2023. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Hawkins to approve minutes of Special-call meeting of May 23, 2023. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Hawkins, second by Hansen to approve the April 30, 2023 treasurer’s report. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Larry, second by Peters to approve the bills as presented. Motion by Hansen, second by Hawkins to approve Allison Electric’s bid for repairs to lighting at the ball field and install light at concession stand. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Hawkins to accept the resignation of Larry Hansen, Board of Trustees, roll call, all ayes, motion carried.
