Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting January 16, 2024 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on January 16, 2024, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wofford at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Dean and Hawkins were present. Peters was excused.
