The Blair Housing Authority has developed its 2027 Capital Fund Program 5-year Action Plan. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 758 S 16th St, Blair, NE. The Authority’s hours of operation are Mon -Thurs 9 am - 3 pm and Friday by appointment. A public hearing will be held at 5:15 pm on 11/17/26 at the Authority’s office. Everyone is invited.
