The Blair Housing Authority (BHA) is releasing proposed updates to the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and Public Housing Lease for public comment. The 30-day public comment period begins 09/30/26 (9 am) and ends 10/30/26 (12 pm). While BHA encourages and welcomes all residents and the community to review the proposed updates, you are not required to attend the public hearing to submit comments. The proposed updates to the ACOP and Public Housing Lease will be available for review from 9/30/26 (9 am) until 10/30/26 (12 pm) at 758 S. 16th St., Blair, NE. The Authority’s hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 9 am-3 pm and Friday by appointment. A public hearing will be held on 11/17/26 at 5:15 pm at Blair Housing Authority, 758 S. 16th St., Blair.
