Public hearings will be held, and recommendations made, on the following items: 1. A request for approval of a Conditional Use permit modification to extend the term date. The property is described as TL 44 in Section 29 -Township 19 North-Range 12 East of the Sixth P.M. (General location is Riverwood Ln and Riverside Ln, Blair, NE.) 2. A request for approval of a Conditional Use permit to allow for the utilization of sludge as a fertilizer on a property zoned A-1. The property is described as NE ¼ SW ¼ & TL 11 in Section 3-Township 19 North - Range 10 East of the Sixth P.M. (General location is 19461 County Road 6, Herman, NE.) 3. A request to amend Washington County Zoning Regulations Section 7.08.10 regarding political campaign signage. 4.
