PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Washington County Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors Room, Courthouse, Blair, Nebraska. Public Hearings will be held, and recommendations made, on the following items: 1. A request for a final plat to create an 8-lot residential subdivision and to rezone the property from A-1 to RA. The property is described as Tax Lots 11&15 in Section 3 – Township 17 North-Range 11 East of the Sixth P.M. General location is County Road 29 and County Road 30. 2. A request for a final plat to create a three-lot residential subdivision and to rezone the property from A-1 to RA. The property is described as Tax Lots 19&20 in Section 21 – Township 17 North-Range 12 and Tax Lot 31 in Section 22 – Township 17 North-Range 12 East of the Sixth P.M. 3. A request for approval of a CUP to allow for a flying field. The property involved is described as NE ¼ NW ¼ & Tax Lot 46 in Section 1 – Township 17 North-range 11 East of the Sixth P.M. 4. Change to schedule of fees for Planning office. The Washington County Board of Supervisors will act upon the Planning Commission recommendations for all requests at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors Room, Courthouse, Blair, Nebraska.
