NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby notified that pursuant to a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Ericon, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, Jeffrey C. Ellis and Dana Ellis, recorded October 11, 2018 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Washington County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2018-03103, the following-described property will be sold by William B. Quigley, Trustee, at public auction to the highest bidder at the North entrance of the Law Enforcement Center, 1555 Colfax Street, Blair, Nebraska on the 24th day of June, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.: LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 13, VILLAGE OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and shall be required to deposit with the Trustee, on the day and at the time of sale, $5,000.00 in cash or certified funds with the remainder of the purchase price to be received in cash or certified funds by 5:00 p.m. on the day of sale, at the offices of Erickson | Sederstrom, P.C., L.L.O., except this requirement is waived if the highest bidder is the beneficiary.
