MICK LAW, P.C., LLO ATTORNEYS NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following-described property will be sold at Public Auction to the highest bidder at the West entrance of the Washington County Courthouse located at 1555 Colfax Street, Blair, NE 68008 in Washington County, Nebraska on the 2nd day of April, 2024 at 10:00 o’clock a.m.: The following described real estate in Washington County, Nebraska: Tax Lots 4, 5 and 21 in Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska, also known as 19938 County Road P10, Herman, Nebraska 68029. This sale is being held pursuant to the power of sale granted in a certain Deed of Trust (“Deed of Trust”) filed for record on September 18, 2023 as Instrument No. 2023-02343 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Washington County, Nebraska, naming COHANO INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, as beneficiary.
