NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, at their meeting on January 10, 2023 have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2492 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE 2492 AN ORDINANCE REZONING ELK RIDGE SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN TAX LOTS 201 AND 283 LYING IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM AGG - GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO RML – MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOW-DENSITY DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND ORDERING THE ORDINANCE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
