NOTICE OF HEARING CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008, to consider and possibly take action on a redevelopment plan entitled: "Redevelopment Plan for the SJAV Tenet Redevelopment Project," for redevelopment pursuant to the Community Development Law, Nebraska Revised Statutes, sections 18-2101, et seq., within a portion of the blighted and substandard Blair Core Area, approximately located to the southeast of the intersection of Calhoun Blvd and Wilbur Street, in the City of Blair, Nebraska.
