Charlie Powers of the Blair wrestling team won the Class B 160-pound state championship last week, earning an overtime victory in the finals at the CHI Health Center in Omaha. The Athlete of the Week was nominated alongside Fort Calhoun's Zane Schwarz and Trey Hill of Arlington.
