It’s time for more Nannen Physical Therapy Athletes of the Week.
The latest honorees — Brady Brown, Nolan May and TJ DeMilt — were effective in their efforts and, presumably, earned their desired results.

Brady Brown, Blair baseball: The senior Bear and South Dakota State recruit notched a team-best eight hits, while knocking in five runs last week. BHS subsequently went 4-0 as the centerfielder pushed his season batting average to .429. He has 15 hits and 12 RBIs. Special recognition goes to Brown’s entire baseball team as well as Reece Ewoldt of the track and field team, who set her second school record of the season.

Nolan May, Arlington track and field: The Eagles’ standout won the 3,200-meter run in Valley last week. He finished eight laps in 10:08.39 after also leading his 3,200 relay team to a Douglas County West Invitational victory. Special recognition to Jackson Stosich, who earned an AHS pitching win in relief on Saturday.

TJ DeMilt, Fort Calhoun track and field: The Pioneer won the pole vault last week in Valley, too. He cleared a bar set at 12 feet, 6 inches to do it. Special recognition goes to DeMilt’s teammate, Preston Johnson, who also produced a win during DC West’s meet.
