Washington Co Board of Equalization The Board met in regular session at 3:00 pm on Tue, Mar 26, 2024, in the Supervisor’s meeting room at the Courthouse in Blair. Present: Chairman Steve Dethlefs, Co Board Members Jon Stewart, Bob Frahm, Lisa Kramer, Kevin Barnhill, Steve Kruger, and Jay Anderson. Also present, Co Clk Barb Sullivan, Assr Robin Andreasen, Dpty Assr Lacy Johnson, Shrff Mike Robinson, and Co Atty Scott Vander Schaaf. Board unanimously approved the agenda for 3/26 and the minutes of the 2/13/24 meeting. Chairman Dethlefs opened a public hearing for those who wish to speak, for, against, or neutural in regard to Permissive Exemption applications. There were no public comments. Board voted unanimously to concur with the Assr’s recommendation to approve Permissive Exemptions. Board voted unanimously to concur with the Assr’s recommendation to deny Permissive Exemptions for Easter Seals Nebraska and HFHO Real Estate Holdings Inc.
