Village of Herman Minutes of Special-Called Meeting October 26, 2022 The special-called meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on October 26, 2022, at the Herman Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called was called to order by Chairman Kuhl at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Hansen and Peters were present. Wofford was excused. This meeting was an informational meeting on the following issues. No motions were made. Board reviewed water/sewer rate study presented by People Service and discussed increasing rates. Clerk informed board the village received the DEE public water system security enhancements grant. Reviewed bids on the sewer line break repairs. Motion by Hansen, second by Christiansen to adjourn.
