Village of Herman Minutes of Special-Called Meeting May 23, 2023 The special-called meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on May 23, 2023, at the Herman Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Christiansen at 7:00p.m. Trustees Hansen and Hawkins were present. Wofford & Peters were excused. Motion by Hansen, second by Hawkins to approve the Special Designated License for June 23, 2023 for an event at 20051 Co Rd 25, Herman, NE. Roll call, all ayes. Motion carried.
