Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting October 10, 2023 Page 1 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on October 10, 2023, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wofford at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Dean, Hawkins & Peters were present. Motion by Peters, second by Christiansen to approve minutes of September 12, 2023. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Christiansen, second by Peters to approve minutes of August 22, 2023. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Christiansen to approve the August 31, 2023 treasurer’s report. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Time: 7:32p.m. Chairman Wofford requests a motion on whether the replatting shall be granted.
