Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting February 13, 2024 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on February 13, 2024, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Christiansen at 7:00p.m. Trustees Dean, Hawkins and Peters were present. Chairman Wofford was excused. Motion by Peters, second by Hawkins to approve minutes of January 9, 2024. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried.
