Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting December 12, 2023 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on December 12, 2023, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wofford at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Hawkins and Peters were present. Dean was excused. Motion by Christiansen, second by Peters to approve minutes of November 14, 2023. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Trustee Peters moved for its adoption, seconded by Trustee Hawkins. Chairman Wofford called for the roll call, ayes: Christiansen, Hawkins, Peters. Nays – none. Absent: Dean.
