Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting August 9, 2022 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on August 9, 2022, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kuhl at 7:00p.m. Trustees Hansen and Peters were present. Trustee Christiansen was excused. Motion by Peters, second by Hansen to approve minutes of June 21, 2022. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to approve minutes of July 12, 2022. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Hansen to approve the June 30, 2022 treasurer’s report, Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Hansen to close the Herman Community Club checking account. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to approve the bills as presented.
