Village of Herman Minutes of Budget Workshop August 22, 2023 Page 1 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on August 22, 2023, at the Herman Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wofford at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen and Peters were present. Lisa Flesner presented the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and stated property tax levy for September 30, 2024 needs to be set. Christiansen made the motion to have Arbor 1 treat the Pin Oak trees at the cemetery, second by Peters. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Hansen to adjourn.
