Request for Proposals for Engineering and Planning Services The City of Fort Calhoun is soliciting statements of qualifications for engineering services for the development of plans and specifications, bidding assistance, contract administration, and construction administration of an 8' wide, 5 inch thick concrete trail project that will provide connections between existing parks and Fort Atkinson State Park .
