A request for approval for a Conditional Use Permit to temporarily allow 2 single family residences on one parcel during construction on property zoned A-1. The property involved is described as Tax Lot 25 in Section 24 -Township 17 North-Range 11 East of the Sixth P.M. (General location: 3652 State Hwy 133, Blair, NE) The Washington County Board of Supervisors will act upon the Planning Commission recommendations for all requests at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in the Board of Supervisors Room, Courthouse, Blair, Nebraska.
