Public hearings will be held, and recommendations will be made on the following items: 1. A request for approval of a small tract subdivision to be known as Hidden Creek Lots 1 & 2, a platting of Surrey Hills Lot 9 and Tax Lots 33, 42 & 43 in Section 35 -Township 17 North-Range 12 East of the Sixth P.M. General location is County Road 45 & Dutch Hall Rd, Omaha NE. 2. A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Commercial Kennel. The property involved is described as Tax Lot 84 in Section 7 -Township 17 North-Range 12 East of the Sixth P.M. General location is 10555 County Road 32, Blair, NE. 3. A request to amend Washington County Zoning Regulations Sections 5.01 through 5.14 and 5.17 to provide for clarification of the regulations, delete Sections 5.15 and 5.16, and add new sections relating to the Recreational Vehicle Park/Marina Overlay District and the Airport Overlay District. The Washington County Board of Supervisors will act upon the Planning Commission recommendations for all requests at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in the Board of Supervisors Room, Courthouse, Blair, Nebraska.
