PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 South 16th Street in Blair, Nebraska. Public Hearings will be held and recommendation made on the following items: 1. Conditional Use Permit application by Kevin Penrod, 1227 Pinewood Drive, Blair, Nebraska, to place a garden shed in front of the primary structure, on Lot One (1) in Pinewood Estates, a subdivision in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, for the life of the primary structure (1227 Pinewood Drive). 2. Lot Split application submitted by Kathleen O. Flynn, Apartment 2H, 805 N. 22nd Street, Blair, Nebraska, for a Lot Split of Tax Lot 80, lying in the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 1, Township 18 North, Range 11 East, of the 6th P.M., City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska and Lot 9 in the Ridgeview Estates, An Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska (907 Flynn Drive). 3.
