PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 South 16th Street in Blair, Nebraska. Public Hearings will be held and recommendation made on the following items: A Nonconforming Use Limited Extension application by Lyle & Jannene Sass, 1103 Fairview Dr., Blair, Nebraska, to extend a sunroom onto an existing nonconforming porch, on Lot 45, Block 4, Fairview Heights, An Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, for the life of the primary structure (1103 Fairview Drive). The Mayor and City Council will also hold a separate public hearing on this application on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
