NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska. A Rezoning Application submitted by the City of Blair, 218 S. 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, for Lots 19, 20 & 21, Block 56, in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, together with that part of vacated street right-of-way of Grant Street (1516 & 1526 Grant Streets and the empty lot on the northwest corner of Grant and 15th Streets), rezoning all lots from RMH – Multi-Family Residential High-Density District to CCB - Central Business District. A Rezoning Application submitted by the City of Blair, 218 S. 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, for Tax Lots 197, 199 & 200, Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 11, all East of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska, (10024, 10070 and the contiguous outbuilding lot of 10196, all on County Road P35) rezoning all lots from AG – Agricultural District to TA – Transitional Agriculture District. Unless postponed, the Mayor and City Council will also hold a separate public hearings on these items on Tuesday, March 24 th , 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
