NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING VILLAGE OF HERMAN, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the Village of Herman will hold a public hearing and meeting at __7:00___ p.m. on October 9, 2023, at the Village office, 504 Main Street, Herman, NE 68029, to consider the subdivision / replatting of the following real property located within the subdivision jurisdiction of the Village, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 15, and 16, Block 16, Village of Herman, Washington County, Nebraska. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the Village Board of Trustees whether such subdivision / replatting should be made.
