Beitelspacher filed a Complaint against you in the District Court of Washington County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 23-169. Charles L. Beitelspacher filed an Amended Complaint and Jury Demand against you on September 25, 2023. The object and prayer of the Complaint and Amended Complaint request judgment against you for the following damages sustained by Charles L. Beitelspacher as a result of a negligence on September 25, 2019, in Washington County, Nebraska, all as more fully described in the Complaint & Jury Demand and First Amended Complaint and Jury Demand: past and future physical and emotional pain and suffering, mental suffering, emotional distress, fear, worry, anxiety, stress, inconvenience, scarring, disfigurement, impairment, disability, sleeplessness, embarrassment, loss of enjoyment of life, anger and resentment; for general damages resulting from the negligence of the Defendants; for his medical expenses incurred to date, as well as those to be incurred in the future; for his lost wages to date, as well as those to be incurred in the future; for his loss of earning capacity; for his disability; and for prejudgment interest, post judgment interest, taxable court costs, and all other damages and relief allowed under Nebraska law.
