NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, at their meeting on March 14, 2023 have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2497 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE 2497 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE 4, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, BY AMENDING SECTION 7-406 IN REFERENCE TO THE SALES AND STORAGE; LOCATION PERMITTED FOR THE SALE OF FIREWORKS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
