NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, at their meeting on November 8, 2022, have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2490 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE 2490 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BLAIR CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 5-203 TRUCK ROUTES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PUBLISHING IN PAMPHLET FORM.
