NOTICE OF CREATION Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, have by Ordinance No. 2502 created the following Paving District, having outer boundaries and including street improvements as shown below: PAVING DISTRICT NO. 205 Pursuant to Sections 16-617, 16-617.01, 16-618, 16-619 and 16-620, R.R.S. Neb. 1997, Paving District No. 205 be and the same is hereby created within the City of Blair, Nebraska, the outer boundaries of which District shall encompass the following-described properties together with the street described below upon which said properties abut, TO-WIT: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Elk Ridge Subdivision Replat 1, Lots 1 through 30 Inclusive, Being a Replat of Elk Ridge Subdivision, Lots 1 Through 38, Lying in the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 12 East of the P.M., Washington County, Nebraska. Within said District, the street to be improved and improvements to be included are: Garfield Drive from Riverview Drive to West and East Garfield Circles, West Garfield Circle from Garfield Drive to Cu-de-sac and East Garfield Circle from Garfield Drive to Cul-de-sac. Replat of Elk Ridge Subdivision of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska. The improvements to be constructed in Paving District Number 205 shall include grading, paving, curbing, guttering, storm sewer and other necessary or incidental appurtenances to the improvements. Paving will consist of 25 feet wide by 7 inches thick Portland Cement Concrete. All of said improvements shall be constructed to the established grades as fixed by ordinance of said City and shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications to be approved by the City Council. Said improvements in Paving District Number 205 shall be made at public cost, and the cost of such improvements, excepting street intersections, will be assessed against the property within said District specially benefited thereby, in proportion to such benefits.
