Lila M. Gosker, age 92 of Arlington, Nebraska died September 26, 2026 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont, Nebraska. A memorial gathering will be held Thursday October 1, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Graveside services will be held in the Omaha National Cemetery where Bernard and Lila will be buried together.
Lila was born on September 2, 1934, in Blair, Nebraska the daughter of Axel and Emma Hansen. Lila attended March School and then later attended and graduated from Blair High School in 1951. After her graduation she earned her Teacher's Certificate. She taught school at LeCrone School South of Kennard and then Orum Country School. On September 19, 1957, she was united in marriage to Bernard F. Gosker at First Lutheran Church in Blair, Nebraska. She later became a homemaker raising her children and helping Bernard on the family farm.
Mrs. Gosker is survived by her sons; Mark Gosker of Arlington and Paul (Sharla) Gosker of Blair. Her grandchildren Kiley (Randy) Camden and Katie (Tucker) Gartner, great grandchildren Scottie Camden and Kodie Gartner and Hadley Gartner, along with another Camden baby on the way, along with nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bernard Gosker, siblings Marie (Ralph) Novak, Esther (Ben) Fischer and Lorraine Mencke.
Memorials may be directed to the Blair Volunteer Rescue Squad or the Herman Volunteer Rescue Squad.
