Jordan Anne Rishel, age 45 of Blair, formerly of Clinton, N.Y., passed away Dec. 28, 2023. Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday Jan. 4, 2024, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. A visitation will be held Jan. 3, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Jordan was born Aug. 1, 1978, in Utica, N.Y., the daughter of James and Jan Rishel. She was raised in Clinton, N.Y. and attended and graduated from Clinton High School. Jordan moved to Nebraska in 1998 to pursue figure skating. She most recently served as the Executive Director of the Washington County Community Foundation, before that she was the Executive Director of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. Jordan was active in the community as a member of the Washington County Board of Supervisors, the Blair Optimist Club and the Blair Rotary Club. She loved teaching young hockey players how to skate.

Jordan is survived by her children, Hudson K. Dilworth and Brooklyn S. Dilworth, who were her everything; the love of her life Scott Givens; parents James and Jan Rishel; brothers: Justin (Audrey) Rishel of Clinton, NY, Jared (Nicola) Rishel of Seminole, Fla., and Jay (Meghan) Rishel of Trent Woods, N.C., along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Washington County Community Foundation in Jordan’s name.
