The Fort Calhoun Junior-Senior High School marching band will host a marching exhibition Saturday starting at 2:30 p.m. at the high school football field.
The exhibition will showcase the band's progress since the beginning of the school year, and will also have a judge present.
The event will begin with a presentation on the ins and outs of a marching band competition.
The band will perform a show, based on "LA NOUBA" by Cirque du Soleil. The event is expected to be brief.
After the band exits the field, the judge in attendance will present a working clinic for the students.
A lunch will follow the event for the band members and parents.
Admission is free and no tickets are required to attend.
