Euella “Chris” Carter, age 82 of Blair, passed away March 3, 2024. Following family wishes no public services will be held.
Chris is survived by her sons; Chris (Pat) Carter and Keith (Sally) Carter, grandchildren; Justin, Megan and Kelly, and her great grandchildren, Phoebe and Phay.
She was preceded in death by her husband Terry.
