CITY OF BLAIR BLAIR, NEBRASKA BLAIR CHANNEL CLEANOUT PROJECT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Blair Channel Cleanout Project will be received, by the City of Blair at Blair City Hall at 218 S 16th Street, Blair, NE 68008 until 10:00 a.m. local time on March 15, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the following: Excavating, removing sediment from, and regrading a channel in Washington County, NE. Work also includes tree clearing, construction of temporary site access points, BMPs, and site restoration. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
