The Arlington Senior Legion baseball team improved to 4-3 with back-to-back wins against Tekamah and Wisner-Pilger/Howells-Dodge.
Barrett Nielsen earned the pitching win Thursday in Wisner. The Eagles outscored their opposition on the road, 14-4.
A day earlier, the Post 71 Eagles needed just four hits to score 10 runs against Tekamah in a five-inning, 10-0 win at the Washington County Fairgrounds. Zach Vanek struck out eight batters across four innings to claim the pitching win, while Jack Bang walked twice.
Bang and Kaden Pittman were credited with two RBIs apiece in Tekamah's stat-keeping, too.
Arlington scored four first-inning runs, two in the second and four in the third to pick up their third win of the summer American Legion schedule.

Juniors beat Tekamah
The Arlington Juniors were also successful in their June 1 game against Tekamah, winning 8-5.
Colton Willmott struck out six batters for the home team, while Grange Suhr sat down four during the six-inning game. The Eagles scored three runs during the sixth inning to win before taking part in a Valley tournament during the weekend.
