April Marie Ward, age 34 of Blair, passed away April 8, 2024. Private funeral services will be held with Campbel Aman Funeral Home of Blair with burial in the Blair Cemetery.
April was born July 26, 1989 in Blair, Neb. She graduated from Blair High School in 2007. Over the years, she was an active participant in the Special Olympics, earning several gold medals; her most recent gold was earned in Bowling. April was an avid Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys fan. She loved playing solitaire, traveling to DeSoto Bend with her grandmother and loved spending time with her niece and nephews along with the rest of her family and friends. April lived a full life.
April is survived by her mother Trina Ward, siblings: Paige (Derek) Campbell, Brittany Andersen, Summer (Robert Sessions) Andersen; grandparents: Don and Dee Ward; niece, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Russell and Arlene Ward.
