James Woodard and Kathleen Surber were united in marriage on March 13, 1954.
To help them celebrate are three children, six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
To honor them, the family is putting on a card shower. Cards can be sent to Jim and Kay Woodard, c/o Shepherds Village, 2290 Wright St., Apt 102, Blair, NE 68008.
The family is also getting together in the dining area at Shepherd's Village on March 10 from 2-4 p.m. for cake. Anyone wishing to join to personally congratulate them are welcome and encouraged to do so.
