With the 53rd Annual Cornhusker Trapshoot less than two weeks away, Blair Youth Shooting Sports' range hosted an Eastern Cornhusker Trapshooting Conference (ECTC) Junior event Saturday morning.

The Blair Gold lineup, meanwhile, finished with 168 clay targets down — the same total produced by BYSS' Silver squad.
Evan Brodersen of the Silver squad led all BYSS marksmen with 42-for-50 showing. Colton Nixon hit 40 clay pigeons, too, while Jase Lantry and Tregan Baker took out 36 apiece.

Grady Davidson of Papillion-La Vista was the North Division Junior Shoot's champion, taking out 48 of the 50 targets he aimed at with his shotgun.
BYSS next hosts the Blair Buckle Shoot on Saturday before Washington County's best marksmen and women travel to Doniphan for the Cornhusker Trapshoot April 27-29.
