Washington County youth basketball teams helped fill Arlington High School courts Saturday during the annual booster club tournament.
Teams in grades 4-7 all took part.
In the grades 4-5 tournaments, the Fort Calhoun Youth Sports Organization (FCYSO) boys Black team went 3-0, while the Arlington Youth Sports squad was 1-2. In girls play, an FCYSO team went 0-3, according to tourneymachine.com.
A Fort Calhoun fifth- and sixth grade boys team went 3-0 in their tourney, too, while the Arlington team competing was 0-3. On the girls' side of fifth- and sixth-grade play, the Arlington girls were 1-2.
An Eagles seventh-grade “B” team went 2-1 during the sixth- and seventh-grade boys tournament, too, while the FCYSO sixth-grade Black squad was 0-3.
Arlington's team playing in the girls' sixth- and seventh-grade Maroon tourney went 0-3. The Blair squad competing in the White bracket, however, went 1-2.
Lastly, the Arlington eighth-grade boys team went a perfect 3-0, outscoring its opposition 138-102.
