Washington Co Board of Equalization The Board met in regular session at 3:00 pm on Tue, May 9, 2023, in the Supervisor’s meeting room at the Courthouse in Blair. Present: Chairman Steve Dethlefs, Co Board Members Jon Stewart, Lisa Kramer, Bob Frahm, Jay Anderson, Kevin Barnhill, and Steve Kruger. Also present, Co Clk Barb Sullivan, Assr Robin Andreasen, and Co Atty Scott Vander Schaaf. Board unanimously approved the agenda for 5/9 and the minutes of the 4/25/23 meeting. Board voted unanimously to receive the Assessor’s Three-Year Plan of Assessment and place on file. Board voted unanimously to appoint William Kaiser, Kaiser Appraisal Services, as BOE Referee for 2023. There were no Valuation Corrections or Changes.
