Planning Commission meeting dates for 2024 as follows: Tues Jan 23, Tues April 23, Tues. July 23, and Tues Oct 22. Special meetings to be called as needed 2. Cook reported on progress of the T-mobile Grant. After a meet at the park with Tom, head maintenance for the village, his recommendations included: Bathroom paint, floor, stalls, parking barriers, plagues describing species of trees, lights for the horseshoe pits, upgraded playground equipment and a jungle gym. Cook will pursue the recommendations with T- mobile via their website 3. Planning Commission will contact the City Attorney to clarify the liability of the village concerning private swimming pools. Planning Commission set Nov 28 for the Public Hearing on swimming Pool Ordinance #292. Chairman Stangl adjourned the meeting at 7:41 P.M. ZNEZ PT 10-31-23
