Location: Village of Kennard Office Members Present: Kay Cook, Ron Kerstetter, Matt Robinson, Zach Stangl Commission Action: Approval of Aug 9, 2022 meeting minutes- Tabled, Not Available Approval of Jan 30,2023 Agenda- Robinson motioned to approve, Kerstetter second- Approved Agenda Items: 1. Chairman appointment: Robinson nominated Stangl. Accepted and unanimously approved 2. Quarterly Schedule set for 2023. April 25, July 25, Oct 24. All at 6:30 at the Village of Kennard City Office unless special circumstance arise 3. Discussion on proposed amendment changes to sections 11.1 and 11.2. Discussion on Adding child care definitions to 24.50 and 24.51. The Planning Commission will present amendment additions at a Public Hearing set for Feb 28,2023 City Auditorium. Proper announcements and full changes will be available for review. 4. Discussion on updating all ordinances. Cook is to contact Washington County Extension Office for advice on proceeding. 5. Star Cook withdrew Education Explorers Amendment 11.1 and 11.2 change application. Stangl adjourned meeting at 7:37 ZNEZ PT 2-7-23
