VILLAGE OF HERMAN BOARD OF TRUSTEES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING The Board of Trustees of the Village of Herman will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 p.m. on November 8, 2022, at the Village office, 504 Main Street, Herman, NE 68029, for consideration of an application for a conditional use permit for a manufactured home at the following property located within the Medium to High Density Residential District (R2), the legal description of which is as follows: Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, Village of Herman, Washington County, Nebraska. At said time and place all interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Board of Trustees will consider whether said conditional use permit shall be granted.
