Class B No. 1 Norris swept the Blair High School volleyball team, 3-0, Tuesday night in Hickman.
The Bears lost 25-9, 25-8 and 25-11, falling to 7-11 on the season. The top-ranked Titans, meanwhile, improved to 21-2.
Coach Becca Mellema's BHS team scored its first point at 4-1 of the first set when Norris hit the ball long. Schuyler Roewert registered a kill at 6-2, but the Titans dominated throughout.
The Bears scored their final point at 20-11 of the third set as Norris missed its mark again, but the match was all but decided by then.
Blair was scheduled to play at Omaha Gross on Thursday and next competes back in Hickman on Saturday for the Eastern Midlands Conference (EMC) Tournament. The Bears have yet to earn an EMC win this fall, but did defeat former conference member Plattsmouth all the way back during the first week of September.
