Three individuals reported having non-life-threatening injuries following a single-vehicle accident on country roads 29 and P30 near Kennard Wednesday afternoon.

Washington County deputies, Blair Fire and Rescue and Kennard Fire and Rescue responded to the accident, which involved the driver and two of his passengers.

Deputy Coltin Bebensee said the driver of the vehicle was traveling westbound on County Road P30 and failed to notice the stop sign at the intersection.

In order to avoid colliding with another vehicle, the driver swerved away and ended up in a ditch.

All passengers reported minor injuries, though none were life-threatening. One passenger was transported to the hospital by Kennard Fire and Rescue due to a cut on his eye.
